Contract Administration

Our projects succeed through the rigorous application of our contract administration skills

During construction, maintenance or repair to buildings, having professional and qualified representation with suitable experience in the form of a Contract Administrator – to look after the contract and oversee the contractor’s works - is key to ensuring the success of a construction project and avoiding costly and disruptive disputes.

The fundamental role of a Contract Administrator is to oversee the building contract between the contractor and the client, although the exact scope of the services will often depend on timescales and the specific needs of the client.

At Scope, we have extensive experience of dealing with building contracts and are ideally placed to represent private clients, management companies and landlords throughout building works.

We use our extensive knowledge of building construction alongside our ability to successfully project manage both large and small-scale builds, from inception to completion. Our clients instruct us to help ensure a quality build is delivered to meet their objectives within programme whilst minimising cost.

Although a Contract Administrator’s services usually commence once planning permission is granted, Scope can offer a complete turn-key solution to any project, guiding the client through the scoping and planning process to procurement and project management through to completion.
